Bitpanda Card: The Austrian FMA imposed a EUR 70,000 fine on Bitpanda GmbH for several MiCAR breaches, including failures concerning crypto-asset white papers and marketing communications. The penal order is final; on 1 October 2026 the FMA said it was reviewing the legality of its publication at Bitpanda's request.
