Fees. Issuing the virtual card costs 5.00 USDT once; the monthly fee is 0.00 USD. Reissuing a virtual card costs unknown. ATM withdrawals cost 2.5 % + 1.00 USDT per successful withdrawal, and payments in currencies other than USD incur a Visa network charge of 1 % above the network rate — note that Karta's official pages are not consistent on these two fees. Card transactions are settled in USD.
Rewards. Card purchases earn 25 % back in Karat, Karta's internal reward token; Karta names no token-holding condition. The value of Karat is not published here.
Usage. The card works with Apple Pay and Google Pay, supports contactless payments via the mobile wallet and allows ATM cash withdrawals. Karta describes the wallet as controlled by the user. Support is available via in-app chat and email.
KYC and availability. Identity verification is required before use: a government-issued ID and a selfie. Karta may repeat verification if doubts arise about the information provided. US citizens are not eligible, and accounts are not available in 21 jurisdictions, including the United States, China, India, Brazil, Turkey, Russia and Ukraine.
